19 years ago, Vicky moved from B2B sales into Recruitment. Having fallen in love with recruiting in the Property Sector, Vicky found herself having to navigate numerous economic upturns, downturns, and a significant recession along the way. It was not that long ago that Vicky was managing a team, leading an office, whilst still generating revenue herself. She therefore has a very current appreciation of the challenges that recruitment businesses face when it comes to people development and how best to be an effective and successful recruiter in a competitive marketplace. Vicky designs and delivers face to face and remote training, as well as 1-2-1 coaching to all levels of experience, from trainee up to managerial level. Like all Performance Pot Partners, she works closely with her clients to understand the vision for their business, establishing areas that need attention and developing learning solutions that drive performance, and deliver against their overall objectives. Whether delivery is remote or face to face, her training style has been described as “reflective, proactive and engaging”. She focus’ on the use of games and group activities to create a fun and interactive learning environment with the predefined learning outcomes at the heart of her delivery. Away from the Training room, Vicky describes herself as a social butterfly, who loves spending time with friends and family over a cappuccino (or a glass of Prosecco!) sharing ideas, discussing current affairs and listening to the opinions of others. She loves taking on a new challenges and pushing myself out of her comfort zone. She suffers massively from imposter syndrome and has done for most of her career, which she finds keeps herself well and truly on her toes! Vicky is a mum of 2 little boys that keeps her very much grounded and whom she learns lessons from every single day!
